All merchandise has gone through quality inspections by Department of Dramatic Arts. If the customer receives wrong merchandise or find any defect in the merchandise, the customer may return the merchandise within 30 days. The merchandise must be unused.
Once the customer has placed the order, Department of Dramatic Arts will hold the merchandise. If the customer does not transfer the money and send the transfer receipt to the account, “จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยกองทุนเพื่อบริหารวิชาการและการศึกษาคณะอักษรศาสตร์” account number 152-421835-9, Bangkok Bank, Siam Square Branch within 3 days after the order was placed, the order would be automatically cancelled.
The merchandise will be shipped on the next business day after we have received the full payment. The delivery takes 3-5 business days.
Department of Dramatic Arts will notify the customers via their provided emails once the order is placed, and once the customers transfer and send the transfer receipt to email@example.com. We will send you the tracking number which you can tract your delivery through Thailand Post’s website: track.thailandpost.co.th/tracking/default.aspx.
Free national delivery only.
For international delivery, the customers must pay for the delivery charge, other fees including custom fees and local tax. Department of Dramatic Arts will not be responsible for any fee concerning international delivery.
If the customer does not receive the merchandise within the period of time mentioned above, please contact Department of Dramatic Arts within 15 days after the day the customer has been notified in No. 4 above.
Photos and colors may differ from the real merchandise depending on your device and screen image settings.
The transfer and payment will be completed once Department of Dramatic Arts has received full payment only.
Department of Dramatic Arts will send the merchandise to the name and address given by the customer. If the customer gives the wrong address and does not receive the merchandise, or the merchandise is delivered to the given address but has no receiver and the customers does not receive it, Department of Dramatic Arts will not be responsible for the refund or redelivery charge except if the error is made by Department of Dramatic Arts only.
Merchandise Returns Procedure
Call 02-218-2802 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org with descriptions of the merchandise you wish to return and reasons for the return.
Contact us for the return within 5 days after the customers has signed for the merchandise delivery.
Please send the product back to Department of Dramatic Arts, Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University, Boromrajakumari 8th Floor, Phayathai Rd, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330 within 15 days once the customer has signed for the merchandise delivery.
Attach the business reply mail sent in the merchandise box to the box and send it by post (free of charge).

Only the defective merchandise may be returned. Department of Dramatic Arts reserves the rights to not accept any other kind of merchandise return.
The merchandise must be unused.
The merchandise must be in perfect condition.
The merchandise must be returned within 15 days after the merchandise was signed for delivery, according to the date stated by the postal office.
If the merchandise is out of stock, we will make a full refund.
Once we have received and inspected the returned merchandised, we will consider sending a full refund to the account number the customer provided in the return receipt within 10 business days.
Every condition in the return policy, the decision of Department of Dramatic Arts is final.
Placing and confirming the orders is considered an agreement to the terms and conditions of the service, the order, and the return of the merchandise.
